Gregg Hart has served in the California Assembly since 2022, representing the 37th district. Gregg serves on several standing committees including Appropriations, Budget, and Water/Parks/Wildlife. He also serves on the Green Innovation & Entrepreneurship Select Committee.
Gregg has support or authored many climate bills, to name just a few:
- Protecting communities from oil and gas operations that violate the law and endanger both public health and the environment
- Ensuring all California committees receive timely and effective notice when a hazardous waste facility is permitted or in a situation that impacts public health or the environment
